NoVA Project
Non-Visual Access to the Digital Library
This Resource (now the Museums Libraries and Archives Council - MLA) funded project looked at how blind and visually impaired people approach and interact with web-based resources. This study looked specifically at user behaviour and experience. The results of the study helped develop a wider understanding of the information seeking behaviour of different groups of people using the Internet.

EIAO
The European Internet Accessibility Observatory
CERLIM is currently a project partner on this European Commission funded project which aims to establish the technical basis for a European Internet Accessibility Observatory (EIAO), which will present meaningful accessibility information about European public sector web sites. EIAO is co-funded by the European Commission, under the IST Contract 2003-004526-STREP.

The EIAO project is also carried out as part of a Web Accessibility Benchmarking cluster together with two other European Commission funded projects:
Support-EAM
and
BenToWeb
